Funeral will be 1 p.m. Friday at Village Chapel for Charlotte Ruth Bellew Morrison, 58, Gadsden, who died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010. The Rev. Eugene J. Reynolds will officiate. Burial will be at Buffington Cemetery, Aurora. Village Chapel Funeral Home and Cremation Services is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Morrison was a lifelong resident of Etowah County. She was preceded in death by her stepson, Randy Eugene Morrison; mother, Rhoda Mae Bellew; father, Radford T. Bellew; sister, Linda Sue Tucker; brother, Bobby Joe Bellew Sr.; and niece, Carol Lynn Tucker Renfroe. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Randall Morrison; children, Phronsa (Jackie) Farmer, Shane (Tammi) Morrison and Michael Morrison; seven grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Elbert (Gayle) Bellew, Betty Mae (Ed) Clay, Donna (Wayne) Hindman, Benny (Donna) Bellew and Jerry (Betty) Bellew; special sister-in-law, Hazel Morrison; special friend, Myrtis Moragne; and a host of nieces and nephews. Special thanks to Drs. Courtney Lowe, B.J. Patel and Edward Ferguson. Pallbearers will be nephews, Theral Bellew, Eddie Bellew, Bobby Joe "Joey" Bellew Jr., Shae Bellew, Philip Bellew, Jerry Ross Bellew, Buddy Wayne Hindman and Thomas Tucker. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 this evening at the funeral home.
