Charlotte M. Williams Died April 21, 2010 Kingston, NY - Charlotte M. Williams, 89 formerly of Orlando Street Town of Ulster, NY, died at Golden Hill Health Care Center Kingston, NY., Wednesday April 21, 2010. She is the wife of the late Earl Williams and the daughter of the late William H. Lowe and Eliza Jones Barrie. A Canadian Army Veteran, Charlotte served during World War II. She worked as a nurses aid at Kingston Hospital and was a waitress at Eng's Restaurant in Kingston. She was a member of the Joyce-Schirick Post 1386 Ladies Auxillary, a former poll inspector and an avid bingo player. Surviving are three sons, Franklyn W. Williams of California, Raymond C. Williams of Glasco, NY., and Thomas A. Williams of Baltic, CT. Two grandchildren, Alissa Videll, Nicole Williams, one great grandson, Jason Videl, nieces, nephews and relatives also survive. Her brother, William H. Lowe also died previously. A funeral service will be held 3:00pm Saturday at the Joseph V. Leahy Funeral Home, Inc. 27 Smith Avenue, Burial in Benton - Bar Cemetery Kyserike, NY Visiting prior to services. 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
