LOWELL - Charlotte Marie (Tanguay) Anderson, 60, a resident of Lowell's Pawtucketville section, died Thursday, Jan. 22, at her home. She was born in Lowell, on Sept. 24, 1943, a daughter of the late Lionel J. and Ina M. (Tourangeau) Tanguay. She was educated in Lowell schools. Before retiring, Mrs. Anderson was a shift manager at the House of Hope. She had also worked as a bartender at the Market Street Pub, the Laconia and the Hi-Lite CafŽ. She was a communicant of Ste. Jeanne d' Arc Church. Survivors include her fiancŽ, Lucien Millette of Lowell; four sons, Kenneth R. Tanguay and his wife, Deborah, of Pelham, Donald G. Millette and his wife, Joyce, and Robert C. Millette, all of Lowell, and Mark M. Brunet of Boston; a daughter, Maryjean Anderson of Lowell; a brother, Henry J. "Hank" Tanguay and his wife, Nora, of Dracut; two sisters, Carol L. Tanguay of Lowell, and Ruth I. Tanguay and her friend, Bill Fligg, of Shirley Mills, Maine; 11 grandchildren, Kenneth R. Tanguay, Heather Millette, Holly Millette, Mark M. Brunet Jr., Shannon Brunet, Kaitlyn Brunet, Samantha Brunet, Charles J. Medeiros, Alexya Medeiros, Andrea Reynolds and Kyle; three great-grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren; and her fiancŽ's children, Laurette Flynn and her fiancŽ, Bill, Michelle Murphy and her husband, Lawrence, and Steven Millette and his wife, Diane. She was also the sister of the late Ronald Tanguay.
