WILLIAMS, Charlotte Etta "Meema," 84, of Zephyrhills, Fla., passed away at hospice in Dade City, October 3, 2009. She is survived by son, Donald E. Merrell (Bonnie); daughters, Karen L. Parrish (Amos) and Sandra M. Boster (Michael); seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Katherine M. Carlisle; and brother, William L. Ezzell. Her anatomical gift has been received by Science Care and a memorial service will take place at 3 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2009, Valleydale Clubhouse, 37501 Martindale Ave., Zephyrhills, Fla. In lieu of flowers, Etta requested that any donations be made to Hernando-Pasco Hospice, 37439 Clinton Ave., Dade City, FL 33525.
