Charlie N. Parker, 66 WINDHAM -- Charlie N. Parker, 66, of Tandberg Trail died on Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at the Gosnell Memorial Hospice House in Scarborough. Surviving are his wife, Penny Knight Parker of Windham; a son, Warren Lee Parker of Raymond, a daughter, Stacey Turcotte of Windham; two brothers, Kenneth S. Parker and Donald E. Parker both of Windham; and four grandchildren, Jami Parker, Chelsi Parker, Danielle Turcotte, and Jimmy Turcotte. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 19, 2012, at the Highland Cliff Advent Church, 96 Highland Cliff Rd., Windham.
