Charles William Whitten, 90, died Monday, Feb. 16, 2015, in New Castle. He was preceded in death by two sons, Charles Timothy Whitten and Charles Bernard Whitten. He is survived by his son, Curtis Whitten of Mount Eden; daughter, Bridgette Whitten; grandsons, Raymond Whitten of Lexington, Ricky Boothby of Mount Eden; granddaughter, Tonya Mayes of Taylorsville. There will be no services. Shannon Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
