JOHNSON, Charles William - It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of Charles Johnson of St. Catharines on Sunday, July 19, 2009, in is 76th year. Dearest husband of Nancy and father of Bridgette (Albert) Kennedy. Loved grandfather of Andrew and James. Brother of Kathleen (Arthur) Murray and Art (Ruby) Johnson. Also survived by his aunt Edith Allen, brother-in-law Cornelius (Marilyn) Sinke, and by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by 3 sisters and 2 brothers. The family sincerely thanks the staff of the Palliative Wing, St. Catharines General Hospital, for their exceptional care and dedication. The family will receive friends at the VINELAND CHAPEL of the TALLMAN FUNERAL HOMES, 3277 King St. on Wednesday 7-8:30 pm. Funeral Service will be held in the Tallman Chapel on Thursday, July 23rd at 11 am. A reception will follow in the Fireside Room. Interment at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill.
