WILLIAMS, Charles "Ted," 75, of Brooksville, Fla., passed away Sunday, November 18, 2007, at his residence. He was born in Moorehaven, Fla., and came to this area six years ago from Seffner, Fla. He was a construction superintendent and a member of the National Guards. Survivors include wife, Charlene Williams; two daughters, Michelle (James) Ward and Christy (Sonny) Burdine; two sons, Charles Williams and Kelly (Marylynn) Williams; two stepsons, Todd (Debra) Richards and Ted (Lisa) Richards; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, December 8, 2007, at 1st Baptist of Garden Grove in Brooksville, Fla. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hernando-Pasco Hospice.
