->Charles W. Chuck Johnson, 69, of Brockton, died July 8, 2010. A native of Oklahoma City, he served honorably in the U.S. Navy from 1959-1963. He graduated from Cambridge College in 1987 with his M.Ed with concentration in business management. Charles worked for Robert F. Kennedy Actions Corp, Fay A. Rotenberg School from 1982 until 1999, starting as a child care worker and leaving as the Program Director. He then worked other facilities with troubled youth and the mentally and physically challenged. He volunteered in his community and was awarded for his contributions. Charles leaves to mourn his dear wife of 39 years, Pamela A. (Howard) Johnson; three sons, Earl (Tanya) Howard of Medford, Charlie Michael Singleton of Boston, Allan Otis (Clare) Howard of Medford; daughter, Lizzetta Irene Johnson of Brockton; sister, Sherrill Reeve of Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, Don Raymond (Nancy) Johnson of Fetus, Mo. and John Anthony (Denise) Johnson of Salinas, Calif.; nine grandchildren; one great-grandson, and a host of nieces and nephews of several generations and many cousins throughout the country, including one very special nephew, Dennis (Loretta) Johnson of Oklahoma City. All are welcome to calling hours Tuesday, 4-7 p.m. with 7 p.m. service in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton.
