WILLIAMS Charles V. Williams, age 66, of Wolcott, died on Thursday, June 26, 2003, at Westchester Hospital in Westchester, N.Y. He was the husband of Barbara (Krul) Williams. He was born on October 12, 1936, in Stratford, son of the late Charles W. and Gertrude (Golaz) Williams. He was a U.S. Army veteran, having served during peacetime. He was a graduate of Fairfield University with a bachelor3s degree in accounting. He retired from Sikorsky Aircraft of Stratford after more than 30 years of service. He was a member of St. Pius X Church. Mr. Williams was an avid sailor, an outdoor enthusiast and an animal lover. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Todd Williams of Shelton.
