ObituaryCharles Robert Patterson, 89, of Cape Coral died Saturday evening at his home. He was born in Rochester, NY and moved here in 1974 coming from Rochester. An avid bowler, Mr. Patterson was also a member of the Elks and the C C R C. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Joan Patterson; son, John W. Patterson of Canada; daughter, Carolyn Rea of Atlanta, GA; stepson, Charles Scollick of Cape Coral and grandsons, Joel Rea and Michael John Patterson. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 21, 2004 at 5:00 PM in the chapel of the Coral Ridge Funeral Home. Burial will be private in Coral Ridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hope Hospice.
