Charles R. Lee -Savannah- Charles R. Lee 75, died Friday, March 30, 2007 at Marshview Assisted Living. Mr. Lee was born in Athens, Georgia and was a lifelong resident of Savannah. He was retired from the Georgia Department of Revenue as a Tax Field Agent. He was a member of the Bulldog Club. Quarterback Club and the Elks. Mr. Lee was a veteran serving both in the Marines and the Army. Surviving are; his daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Steve Ansley of Duluth, Georgia, his daughter, Karen R. Lee of Richmond Hill, his grandson, Alec Matthew Ansley of Duluth, Georgia, his half-brother, Jerry Lee of Savannah and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Sunday, April 1, 2007 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel. Funeral Services will be Monday, April 2, 2007 at 11 a.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors Hodgson Chapel with burial in Laurel Grove Cemetery.
