Charles Q. "Tuna" Jennings November 9, 2009 Charles Q. "Tuna" Jennings, 32, of Syracuse, passed away Monday. He was a life resident of Syracuse. Predeceased by his grandparents, Charlie Jennings, Annie P. Echols and Louis Tape. He is survived by his parents, Lynn "Sharon" (Reginald) Tape-LeFlore and Charles E. (Patricia) Jennings; loving grandson of Norma Tape; daughters, Shamari and Safari Jennings; sons, Charles Q. Jennings Jr., and Nore'an Jennings; sisters, Charkia Powell-Jennings, Shenda and Tashera Jennings; brothers, Jermaine Jennings, Lonnie Bradford, Brandon, DeOndray, and TraeVontae Tape; companion, Keisha Tuitt; step-grandmother, Bernice Jennings; and a host of family members. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 11 a.m. to noon with funeral services to follow at noon in Tucker Missionary Baptist Church, 515 Oakwood Ave. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
