LEVI - Charles J. Age 93, formerly of Buffalo; died March 19, 2012 in his Philadelphia home surrounded by loving family. He is survived by his cherished wife of 65 years, Claire; and his children, Rabbi Sue Elwell (Nurit), Elizabeth (Louis), Amy (Chris), Jim (Margaret) and the late John Levi. His 9 grandchildren carry on his legacy: Hana (Niko), Jacob, Mira, Emma (Reid), Benjamin, Stephanie, Hannah, Maddy and John Solomon, and great-grandson, Levi Higgins. He will be missed by loving family Roger Rombro (Joanna) and Stephen Elwell (Kate). A Service of Memory was held in Philadelphia, where Shiva is being observed. In lieu of flowers, donations to Temple Beth Zion, Buffalo, NY will be appreciated.
