WILLOUGHBY, CHARLES "SIE" HENRY, 93, of Louisville, died Saturday, October 29, 2005, at Veterans Medical Center, Louisville. He was a native of Shelby County, a member of Middletown Baptist Church, an Army combat engineer veteran of WW II, and a self-employed home builder. He is survived by sons, Steven, Charles and Larry Willoughby; a brother, Alan Willoughby; and five grandchildren. Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Stoess Funeral Home in Crestwood, with burial in Floydsburg Cemetery. Visitation will be 3-8 p.m. Monday.
