ANDERSON, CHARLES EDWARD, 68, formerly of Louisville, was called to be with the Lord on Friday, September 15, 2006 at his residence in Bardstown, KY. He served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Structural Mechanic Third Class from 1956-1959. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Norma D. Ashlock Anderson; his daughter, Charlotte Deanne Hopewell; two grandsons, Chris and Justin; and a brother, Sammy Anderson of Florida. His memory will also be cherished by many other loving family members and close friends. Cremation was chosen and there will be no visitation. The funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2006 at St. Gabriel The Archangel, with the Rite of Committal immediately following at Resthaven Memorial Park. The family requests that Expressions of sympathy be made to Hospice of Nelson County in Bardstown, KY.
