Charles C. Parker -->Charles C. Parker, of Carver, formerly of Plymouth, passed suddenly on Feb. 4, 2015. He was the beloved husband of Judith A (VanBibber) Parker, whom he was married to for 57 years. Charles was born in Weymouth to Charles C. Parker, Sr. and Isabel Thompson. He graduated from Braintree High School in 1953. In 1954 he enlisted in the U. S. Army, serving during the Korean Conflict. Prior to owning Black Cat Pumping and the Moby Dick Motel, he was a pipefitter and an oil burner technician. He was a member of the VFW Post 1822 and American Legion Post 40. Charles was a loving and devoted father to his five children, Kim Latosek, and husband James, Allen Parker, Cyndi Balonis, and husband Richard, Scott Parker, and wife Lynn, and Tammy Borgatti and husband Mando. He was a cherished grandfather to Andrew and Ashley Latosek, Jamie and Kelli Balonis, Katelynn Bradley, Jared and Kristy Borgatti. He also leaves 3 great-grandchildren, Jaelyn Balonis, and G. Edward V. and Cora Bradley. He also leaves two sisters, Shirley Spera of Marshfield and Virginia Noftle of Maine. A burial and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Black Feather Horse Rescue at P.O. Box 3145, Plymouth, MA 02361.
