Mrs. Cathy Gaston Johnson - SAVANNAH - Mrs. Cathy Gatson Johnson, 53, passed away on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at Candler Hospital. She was a 1975 graduate of Hershel V. Jenkins High School. Mrs. Johnson was a Social Service Coordinator for the City of Savannah. She was a member of Holy Jerusalem Church of God in Christ. She leaves to cherish her memories: mother, Lillie Mae Gaston; three sons, Antonio Gaston and Thomas Carl Johnson, Jr. both of Savannah, and Rashid Muhammad of Atlanta; five grandchildren; one brother, Alphonso Gaston, Jr. of Savannah; three sisters, Rita D. Gaston and Elaine Pugh Hall (Michael B.) both of Savannah, and Alison D. Gaston from Warner Robins, GA; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
