Cathy Bright Smith <br/> SPARTANBURG, SC --> Cathy Bright Smith SPARTANBURG, SC-- Cathy Bright Smith, wife of the late Donald Gene Smith, died November 28, 2014. Born January 21, 1960, she was a daughter of the late Eugene Bright and Martha Ann Bright Freeman. She was a homemaker, a member of Fairforest Church of God for 20 years, and a member of the Sonshine Club of Spartanburg First Baptist. She is survived by a daughter, Amy Smith Hedge and husband, Kevan, of Spartanburg; a granddaughter, Scarlett Riley Hedge; and a sister, Pamela B. Zampell of Duncan. She was predeceased by a sister, Rita B. Barker. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 2, at Bobo Funeral Chapel.
