Catherine "Kay" G. Alexander, of Rockland, died on February 18, 2015 at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth. Kay was born, raised and educated in Boston. Daughter of the late Peter and Margaret (Harlow) Lee. Kay loved playing Bingo, taking bus trips to Foxwoods. She was an avid reader, always having a book in her hands. She was a member of the Holy Family Choir and past Secretary for the Finance Committee in Rockland. She is survived by her loving daughter, Jean L. Hill of Abington, daughter, Margaret A. Bryan of Greensboro, NC and son, Leo F. Alexander of Tampa, FL, 7 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She is proceeded in death by her husband, Leo P. Alexander, 13 siblings and 1 grandson. The family welcomes friends and loved ones to celebrate her life on Monday, February 23, 2015 at Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union Street, Rockland from 4-7pm. A funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Church, Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 9:00am. Burial at Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne, MA at a later date.
