DAVIS - Catherine (Kay) of Govan, SK passed away at Nokomis Health Center on July 27, 2006 at the age of 92 years. She will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Beulah Godkin of Balcarres, Donna (Daniel) Ball of Saskatoon, Eileen Davis of Minn. and Deborrah Wood (Gilbert) of Nokomis; two sons, Lorne (Gloria) Davis of Govan and Richard (Jill) Davis of Medicine Hat as well as 20 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews. Catherine was predeceased by her husband Clifton Davis; two daughters, Nelda Patricia Davis in 1946 and Noel Frances Epp in 2000 and a granddaughter Jennifer Davis. She lived in Govan all her life, was a friend to all and leaves us with many precious memories. The Vigil of Prayer will be held in Lady of the Lourdes R.C. Church in Govan, SK on Friday, August 4 at 7:30 p.m. and the Mass of Christian Burial will be held in the Govan Gymnasium on Saturday, August 5, at 11:00 a.m. with a family interment in the Govan Cemetery.
