Obituary of Catherine Carter

CARTER, CATHERINE (SCOTT), 89, of Louisville, passed away May 17, 2012. Originally from Jeffersonville, IN, she was a homemaker, avid gardener and loved all things in nature. She retired from Jewish Hospital. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Vernie Earl Carter and four siblings. Her survivors include son, Ron Carter; daughter, Karen Palmer (Erroll); granddaughter, Lisa Bowman; great-grandsons, Dalton and Dale. Funeral ceremony will be Monday, May 21, 2012 at Newcomer Funeral Home, 235 Juneau Dr., 11 a.m., with burial to follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
