Obituary of Catherine Carter

CARTER, Catherine "Joyce" (nee Weldon) It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and sister-in-law on December 5, 2010, at the age of 89 years. Loving wife to the late Harold Carter (2001). Mother of Mary Charbonneau, Brenda and husband David Sawchuk. Grandmother of Jeffrey and wife Melanie Charbonneau, Stephanie and husband Gord Zimmer, Danielle and husband Mark Leach, Terrance and wife Leslie Sawchuk. Great-grandmother of Raielle, Molly, Ainsley, Zachary, Beckham, and Maxwell. Sister of Janet (Donald) Grant. Predeceased by her sister Ruth (Allyn) Fast and brother John Weldon. Survived by sister-in-law Marian Weldon. Joyce will be missed by her nieces, nephews, and several close friends. She was a member of St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church. If you so desire, memorial donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated by the family.
