ARLINGTON, Mass. - Carolyn (Parent) Robinson, 68, wife of Paul Robinson, died Sept. 21, 2009, at Arlington Hospital. She was born May 26, 1941, in Hamlin, daughter of Joachim and Lottie (Paradis) Parent. She attended Mount Merici High School, Waterville, and then received her Bachelor of Arts degree in education from the University of Maine at Presque Isle. She taught elementary school at Loring Air Force Base, Limestone, and later taught in Sudbury, Mass. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul; two sons, Sean P. Robinson and his significant other, Maria Nash, of New York and Stuart R. Robinson and his wife, Joey, of New Jersey and their two sons, Zachary and Benjamin; her brother, Gerard Parent and his wife, Isabel, of Hamlin; three sisters, Florine Predovich of Sun City Center, Fla., Patricia Thibodeau and her husband, Conday, of Caribou and Rosemarie Santarcangelo of Bennington, Vt.; several nieces and nephews. Carolyn was predeceased by three brothers, Lawrence, Edwin and Harold; and by four sisters, Artheline, Rita, Lucille and Angela. Funeral services were held Sept. 26 at St. Eulalia Catholic Church, Winchester, Mass., with interment at the parish cemetery.
