Carole Sedor Parker of Endicott Carole Sedor Parker, 71, fought a courageous battle against ovarian cancer. She died at her home on Sunday, June 24, 2007, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her parents, George and Anne Sedor. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, John Parker; one son and daughter-in-law, John J. and Christine Parker, John's Island, S.C.; a devoted sister, Jean S. Moore, Baldwinsville, N.Y.; a brother, George G. Sedor, Tampa, Fla.; her uncles, Andy and Steve Sedor; aunt, Mary Prusik; several nieces, nephews, cousins, close friends, and shopping buddies. Carole was a member of St. Joseph's Church, Endicott. She was an avid skier at Greek Peak, and a dear friend of the ski patrol. Carole worked for the Board of Elections and was an active member of several cancer support groups. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and homemaker. A Memorial Mass will be offered at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 28, 2007, at St. Joseph's Church, 207 Hayes Ave., Endicott. Family will receive friends at the church on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Mass at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 31 Adams Ave., Endicott, N.Y. 13760.
