WEATHERBY, Carole It is with great sadness that we announce Carole's passing on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 after a prolonged illness at home and a short stay in hospital. Carole was the eldest daughter of the late Caroline and Hugh MacDonald. She was born in Sydney, Nova Scotia and after her marriage Carole lived in Ottawa, Halifax, Sydney, Cyprus and finally settled in Ottawa. She leaves behind to mourn her devoted husband and best friend Nelson Weatherby LT. (N) Ret'd and her 3 sisters and their families in Sydney, Nova Scotia. Predeceased by her brother Joseph. A Mass in Celebration of Carole's life will be held Friday, April 23, 2004 at Our Lady of Fatima Church, Sydney, Nova Scotia at 11 a.m. A Service in Memory of Carole will take place Saturday, May 1, 2004 in the Chapel of the Kelly Funeral Home, 2370 St. Joseph Blvd., Orleans at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Fatima House (Honduran Project), c/o Our Lady of Fatima Parish, 1452 Kings Road, Sydney, Nova Scotia, B1S 1E6 suggested.
