JOHNSON, CAROLE JEAN, 65, of Louisville, died July 3, 2005, at Parkway Medical Center. She was the former Carole Cogswell. She is survived by a son, Vince Johnson; a daughter, Anna Johnson; brothers, Frank S. Cogswell Jr. and Fred G. Cogswell; and two grandchildren, ReAnna and Kerrick Johnson. Her funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with burial in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday.
