->CANAAN -- Carole Ann Clark, 63, passed away on March 31, 2006, at Woodlawn Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Skowhegan.She was born on April 6, 1942, in Princeton, the daughter of Joseph and Carolyn (Goodhue) Ciechon.She was a graduate of Ridgefield High School in Connecticut and later married John C. Clark Jr., who passed away in 1996. Carole was a data processor for Skowhegan Savings Bank for 26 years. She enjoyed reading and gardening, and loved to spend time at camp. She was famous for her mountains of Christmas cookies, knitting mittens and crocheting baby blankets. She was an excellent grandmother who participated in every aspect of her grandchildren's lives.She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Ciechon of Waterville; two daughters, Leisa Wallace and her husband, Dan, of Norridgewock, and Jennifer Kuftic and her husband, Norman, of Daytona Beach, Fla.; a son, John Clark and his wife, Lori, of Canaan; nine grandchildren, Lindsay, Heather and Christina Baiko, Ethan and Lucas Wallace, Marlena and Maxwell Kuftic, and Justyn and Jordan Clark; a sister, Barbara Rosewarne and her husband, George, of Michigan; a brother, Joseph Ciechon and his wife, Lisa, of Connecticut; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, John Clark; her father, Joseph Ciechon; and a grandson, Joel Kuftic.Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, April 3, at Smart & Edwards Funeral Home, 183 Madison Ave., Skowhegan.
