WILLIAMS, Carol Stockbridge, Ga, Carol Jean Williams, age 67, went to be with the Lord on February 10, 2014. Carol was born in Norfolk, Va. She worked for the Norfolk Public School System before obtaining employment with Delta Airlines. Her love for the Lord was portrayed thru her activities at her church. She was active in numerous areas of children's ministries, sang in the choirs, volunteered in the office, clothes closet, and was on various committees of the church. Left to cherish her memories are: Son: Brent Williams, Father: Leonard Hodges Sisters: Lynn Hux & husband Bobby, Joy Halstead & husband Carl, Brother: Tim Hodges and wife Cindy, Nieces: Stacy Hux Platt & husband Fred, Michelle Hodges, Amanda Hodges Toney & husband Craig, Nephew: Bryan Hux A celebration of Life service will be held at Saturday, March 8th at First Baptist Church STOCKBRIDGE. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to First Baptist Church Stockbridge Building Fund.
