CARTER, CAROL E., 50, passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at St. Mary's & Elizabeth Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother, Roxanna Martin. She is survived by her children, Chris and Dana Carter; grandchildren, Alexia and Alonnie Carter; stepfather, Russell Martin; nine brothers; three sisters; a host of other relatives and friends.
