Carol Anne Smith Carol Anne Smith, 69, who was a foster mother and caregiver, died Tuesday, April 27, 2004. A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. EDT Friday at St. Louis Catholic Church. Family will receive friends from 6 to 6:30 p.m. EDT Friday at the church, with the rosary said at 6:30 p.m. EDT. Culley's MeadowWood Funeral Home, Riggins Road Chapel (877-8191) is handling arrangements.She was a member of St. Louis Catholic Church, where she served on the Parishioner's Council board. Survivors include a son, Stephen J. Smith of Orange City; a daughter, Kathryn Ravetta of Warren, Mich.; and 12 grandchildren.
