Carol Ann Payne, 68, of Rockwood, died Tuesday, Dec. 16, 2014, in Parkwest Medical Center, Knoxville.She was preceded in death by her parents, James Clifford and Minnie Irene Abston Brock; and her husband, William Thomas Payne.Survivors include sons, Curtis Payne, Spring City, Keith Payne and Wade Payne, both of Rockwood.The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19, in Evans Mortuary, Rockwood. Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rockwood, with the Rev. Charles Kelley officiating.
