OBITUARY CARMEN CLOUTIER (nee Chasse) 1921 - 2008Mrs. Carmen Cloutier passed away peacefully on September 26, 2008 at Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts. She leaves behind her children Louise, Philippe and Charles (Barbara Monahan), her grandchildren Zachary, Yannick and Emma. She will be sadly missed by the family members and dear friends who shared her active life. A proud Acadian born in Edmunston New Brunswick, Carmen was known for her love for skiing and travel. For many years, she acted as Secretary of the Women's Auxiliary of the Royal Edward Laurentian Chest Hospital. Carmen worked for over twenty years at the Ste-Agathe tourist bureau, retiring in 2003 at the age of eighty-two. She was appreciated and respected by both visitors and participants of the Laurentian tourism industry. Her memory will be celebrated at her home, 44 rue Albert, Saturday, November 1 from 3 to 5 p.m. In lieu of flowers, if desired, memorial contributions may be made to the St-Justine's Hospital Fondation.
