Carl was a 1970 graduate of Buffalo High School. He later married and to this union four children were born. in 2003 Carl wed the love of his life, Jill Thyfault. Carl was a telecommunications tech for AT&T, where he worked for 30 years before needing to retire, just this year. His devotion to the phone company led to the leadership role of Union Steward for the Communications Workers of America. Carl continued to work the same farm he grew up on for many years, raising cattle and working with his Mustangs. Some of his many enjoyments were sighting in guns with Sonny, hunting, riding his Harley with friends, and flying his plane. Carl was a proud father of five children. Carl loved his wife and all of their grandchildren. He truly lit up at the sight of seeing them come through the door. It was also the company of his most trusted companion Bruno that helped him make sense of it all. Carl was a man of many words and endless stories. To those who knew him well he was their brother and leader. To those who only knew him well he was their brother and leader. To those who only knew him for a short time, he is a man you will never forget. He will always be in our hearts and you will forever hear his laughter.
