CARTER, CALVIN MARCUS \"MARC\", 42, entered into rest at University Hospital Sunday, August 6, 2006. Formerly of Louisville, he was a graphic artist and print specialist for USA Today in Mansfield, OH; employed with Product Specialties in Jeffersonville, IN. Marc attended Schaffner Elementary, Butler High School and Jefferson Community College. He is survived by his wife, Cynthia; three sons, Karey, Davante, and Jalen; his mother, Jestine Carter; father, Benny Carter, Sr. (Mary); two sisters, Toni and Teena; two brothers, Benny Jr. (Myle) and Adam (Ramonda); grandmother, Ernestine Mitchell; uncle Rudy ; a special aunt, Pauline Turner (Robert); aunt Luverda; one uncle and three aunts of Canton, OH; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at First Baptist Church of Jeffersontown located at 10600 Watterson Trail, Jeffersontown, KY 40299.
