Obituary of Clarence-Frank Jackson


JACKSON, Mr. Clarence Frank, a resident of Columbus, GA and a former resident of Montgomery, Alabama, expired on April 23, 2002 in Augusta, GA. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2002 at 12:00 Noon from the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church (Hunter Station) Rev. Clarence Varner (Pastor) with Rev. Allen Brown officiating. Interment will follow in the Madison Cemetery with E. G. Cummings Memrial Funeral Home Directing. He leaves to cherish his memories one daughter, Sonya (Berry) Jackson; sisters and brothers, Bernard (Patricia) Jackson, Barbara A. Burnett, Virginia (Pa-Sala) Jagne, Shirley Jackson, Parker L. Jackson, Patricia Jackson, Helen Jackson, Edward Berry, Beatrice Berry, Dorothy Jackson-Wright, Vincent Martin, Ellen Martin-(Samuel) McKay, Carolyn (Alvin) Cheeks, Susie Jackson (Alexander) Moore, Luria M. (Benjamin) Tye, Diane Berry, Sharon Berry and Donald (Lucile) Berry; step-mother, Luria Jackson; great-aunt, Iona Redd; great-uncle, Tommy Martin; very devoted aunt, Bertha Collins; aunts, Lula (Windsor) McKnight, Mildred Martin, Essie (William) Mass and Ethel Fields; uncles, Willie Martin, Perry (Bertha Mae) Martin and Clarence Ledger; grandchildren, Sierra Grant, Dionte Grant and Krishna Grant and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and very devoted friends and special friends, Teresa J. Crawford and Willie Peagler. Body will lie-in-state one hour prior to funeral services.
