CHARLES V. PARKER, 28 LAKELAND - Mr. Charles "Charlie" V. Parker passed away Sunday, December 22, 2013 due to injuries sustained in an auto accident. Charlie was born May 16, 1985 in Prestonburg, Kentucky. Survivors include his wife, Paula Parker; sons, Clayton, Toby and Chase Parker; a daughter, Carley Parker; parents, Debra Connell and Billy Joe Parker; brother, James Connell; and a sister Kala Connell. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Gentry-Morrison Funeral Home at Serenity Gardens (3350 Mall Hill Drive).
