MOORE, Charles A. A celebration of life service for Mr. Charles A. Moore who passed away on August 8, 2014 will be conducted on Saturday, August 16, 2014, with Reverend Gregory Davis officiating. Mr. Charles Moore was a Tampa native and attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. He enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Leroy Johnson, brother Johnny Johnson, sister Laverne Moore and Godparents Mr. & Mrs. Robert (Shirley) McConnell who loved and embraced him as their own. He leaves to cherish his memories: daughters Connie Moore and Shirley Ann Moore; grandchildren Robert Williams III, Antwan Watson Jr., Kierra Watson, Beverly McFadden, Comysion McFadden, Sanovia Hicks, Deonte Moore, Derrick Jackson Jr. and Daria Jackson; great grandchildren Mikhail Williams, Aydan Watson and Kamarrion Shegog; brothers Moses Moore and wife Margaree, Reginald Moore, Algernon Johnson, Melton Johnson and wife Renethia; sisters Patricia Gray and husband Melvin, Sharon Haywood and Gail Moore, all of Tampa. He also leaves to cherish memories of him a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, namely, James Jessie, the Hyatt family and the Central Court apartment community where he resided. Visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Saturday, August 16, 2014, at 12:00 P.M. Family and friends are asked to meet at Wilson Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. for the service.
