COWLING, Carrie Frances ""Pud"", age 68, a lifelong resi-dent of Holtville, Alabama died Monday, September 18, 2006. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 3:00 PM at Cain's Chapel Unit-ed Methodist Church Cemetery with Butch Earnest officiating and Ellison Funeral Home of Wetumpka directing. Ms. Cow-ling is survived by several cous-ins. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ell and Sarah Cowling; sister, Sarah Ellen Cowling, and her children, Jan-ie and Michael. There will be no family visitation, and all will assemble at the Cemetery prior to services. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully request me-morial contributions be made to Vista Care Hospice, 2430 Fairlane Drive, Montgomery, AL 36116. Ms. Cowling retired as an Educator from the Elmore County School system after many years of dedicated teaching and service. She en-joyed the outdoors and was an avid cattle farmer.
