Caroline Bruno Anderson, a lifelong Larchmont resident, died Thursday July 29, 2010 at the age of 86. Mrs. Anderson was born October 27, 1923 to Michael and Raffaela Carpino Bruno. She attended Mamaroneck schools and was employed by New York Telephone Company. Caroline married Glenn J. Anderson on September 10, 1956. He predeceased her July 30, 1992. She was active in the Womans Club of Larchmont and St. Augustine's Seniors. Survivors include her three children: John (Mary Kaye) of Poughkeepsie, NY, Lee (Dianne) of Strong, Me., Marie (Clifford) of Lisbon, Me.. Mrs. Anderson is also survived by four siblings: Arthur Bruno of Larchmont, Michael Bruno of Fallbrook, Ca., Josephine Mastocciolo of Scotia, NY and Gloria Moll of Bedford, Mass. 10 Grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and Many Nieces and Nephews. She was predeceased by sisters: Mary Lund, Rose Salvatore, Florence Bittner, Frances Fuller, Virginia Cantwell and a brother George Bruno. Visitation will be Sunday August 1, 2010 1-4 PM at the Wm. G. Miller & Son F.H.,Inc., 371 Hooker Ave., Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday 10 AM in St. Martin de Porres Church, 118 Cedar Valley Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603. Entombment to follow in Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Augustine's Church, 18 Cherry Ave., Larchmont, NY.
