C. Robert Anderson, 85, Sarasota, died Jan. 18, 2004. He was born Oct. 22, 1918, in Chicago and came to Sarasota three years ago from Michigan. He retired as a plant manager for a lock company. Survivors include his wife, Louise B.; daughters Lynn A. Luken of Sarasota and Nancy Chalmers of Tamarac; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be private. Sarasota Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge.
