WALKER, Bruce James (B.J.) - Passed away suddenly in Montreal on Tuesday, October 30th, 2007. B.J. Walker of Midhurst in his 66th year. Beloved husband of Shirley. Dear step-father of Joe Phillips and his wife Ann, Debbie Berry and her husband Joe, Jim Phillips and his wife Estelle, Dave Phillips and the late Douglas. Loving grandfather of David, Mike, Joe, Sandra, Jeff, Lynn-Marie and Craig and 6 great- grandchildren. Pre-deceased by his parents Harry and Eileen Walker. Sadly missed by his sisters Lois Towns and her husband Lawrence (and her late husband Vic Holt) and Kim Roome and her husband Peter and by her 4 nieces and nephews and 7 great- nieces and nephews. Also survived by her Aunt Irene and Fred Collyer. Pre-deceased by his brother John David. Special friend to Dodi. Friends may call at the Jennett Chapel of the McCLELLAND & SLESSOR Funeral Home, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, Nov. 3rd at 1:00 p.m. Cremation with interment of ashes at Barrie Union Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Diabetes Association.
