ROBINSON, Brian May 1, 1929 - July 9, 2011 Brian (or Robo as he was known by almost everyone) emigrated from Yorkshire, England to Vancouver in 1957 and successfully ran his business Godfreys Travel for over 40 years. Robo loved life, his family and his friends. He travelled extensively and was welcome in any crowd because of his generous and outgoing nature. He especially loved his game of golf and was a member of the Vancouver Golf Club from the early 1970's. He leaves behind his wife Dorothy, children Clay (Dawn), Katie and Chris, grandchildren Jacqueline and James, sister-in-law Maggie, and of course many extended family members and dear friends. His family wishes to remember Robo by hosting a gathering at 885 Eildon St., Port Moody on July 23 from 2:00 - 5:00pm. We hope the many friends he made over the years will come and toast - and roast our very much loved Robo. Bring your favorite stories about him - there were many! A big thank you to the staff of Dufferin Care Centre and Eagle Ridge Hospital for the care and kindness received by our dear Robo.
