Brian R. O'Keefe formerly of Lowell, U.S. Navy veteran; 41 SALISBURY Brian R. O'Keefe, 41, died unexpectedly, Thursday, August 2, 2007, at New England Medical Center, after a brief illness. He was born in Denver, Colo., Dec. 15, 1965, the son of Thomas M. and Sharon R. (Olson) O'Keefe of Salisbury. He was educated in Denver until 1979 when his family moved to Lowell. He attended the Robinson Jr. High School, and graduated from Lowell Vocational School in 1984. He then joined the U.S. Navy serving for 4 years. He returned to Lowell, working at the former St. John's Hospital (now Saints Medical Center) in security until he moved to Denver, joining the Sheriff's Dept. He moved back East to Salisbury in 2004, and worked for Lowe's in Seabrook, N.H. He enjoyed fishing and was a New England Patriot's, Denver Broncos, and Red Sox Fan. In addition to his parents, Tom and Sharon, he is survived by a sister and brother-in-law, Cheri-An and John Whitehouse of Middleton, N.H.; four nieces, Nicole Gauthier and her husband, Corey, of Richmond Heights, N.C., Amber Poussard of Milton, N.H., and Elizabeth Whitehouse and Kimberly Whitehouse, both of Middleton, N.H.; a nephew, John Whitehouse of Middleton, N.H.; his maternal grandparents, Robert C. and Ledora Olson of Parker, Ariz.; aunts and uncles, Robert Olson of Denver, Patsy Meade of Las Vegas, Betty and Strat Westgate of Chicago, Mickey and Donna O'Keefe of Lowell, and Rita and Tom Ballos of Pepperell; and many cousins and friends.
