Brenda Jane Scott Hammond Brenda Jane Scott, 47, of Hammond, IN passed away Tuesday, December 9, 2003 at St. Margaret Mercy Hospital, North Campus, Hammond, IN. She is survived by her husband, Kelly Cowart; one son, Brian Scott; one daughter, Brooke D. Kepshire; one grandson, Andrew M. Condes; parents, Peter and Margaret Jane (Margie) Condes; three sisters, Karen K. (Alan) Tyree, Belinda Jill (Tim Leach) Southard and Michelle Amber Condes; three brothers, Brian Keith Ford, Matthew A. Condes and Michael A. Condes; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 12, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. from LaHayne Funeral Home, 6955 Southeastern Avenue, Hammond, IN with Pastor Brian Shaver officiating. Burial Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Thursday from 5-9 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
