DAUBERT: Brenda Carol (Breadner) July 27, 1955 - December 27, 2006 Brenda passed away at the Drumheller Health Centre on December 27, 2006 after a short and courageous battle with cancer. Brenda is peacefully at rest. Brenda will be sadly missed by step father Adrian Armstrong and family of Tisdale, SK; husband Bryan and their children Tamara (Aaron Lang), Jessica, Madison and Brandon, Traci Breadner (Dave), Jazlyn and Morgan, Vicki (Scott) Klassen, Ty and Cobie of Airdrie, AB, Darren Daubert of Beiseker, AB; brothers and sisters, Craig Anderson and family of Edmonton, AB, Vilda (Gene) Gladney and family of Champagne, Illinois, Jan (Don) Fooks and family of Drumheller, AB, Brett (Sharon) and family of Edmonton, AB, Dale Anderson and family of Calgary, AB, Cheryl Patrosh (Miles) and family of Drumheller, Wendy Gagnon (Chris) and family of Melfort, SK; and numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins across western Canada. As well as her very special adopted mom Joan Cote of Drumheller, Bill Breadner and family of Nipawin, SK. Brenda’s daughters and grandchildren were the light of her life. Her favourite things in her short life were a huge passion for reading, camping, bean bags and she was becoming really fond of riding quads and golfing. Brenda was born July 27, 1955 and was raised in Tisdale, SK to the late Helen and Jerry Anderson, where Brenda resided for several years before moving to Drumheller in 1987. She worked at the Royal Tyrrell Museum for approximately five years. Bryan and Brenda then opened the Drumheller Shell Gas Bar and operated it for seven years. Brenda then returned to the museum for a couple of years in the gift shop. She was then persuaded to work with family at Drumheller Equipment. Brenda was predeceased by both parents, nephew Kurtis, granddaughter Jayden and sister-in-law Cricket. A memorial/funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 2 at 2 p.m. at Knox United Church at 195-3rd Ave. East in Drumheller, AB. There will be no interment. In lieu of flowers the family ask that a donation in the name of Brenda be made to the Drumheller Health Centre. “Brenda left us far too soon!” - Bren’s friends
