Mrs. Bonnie Mason Ray Todd, 73, Boaz, died Wednesday, May 12, 2010, at Huntsville Hospital.Service will be at 4 p.m. today at McRae Chapel with Bro. Bobby Bright, Bro. Mark Scott and Bro. Gary Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Forrest Home Cemetery. McRae Funeral Home, Boaz, is in charge of the arrangements.Mrs. Todd was born in Alabama on Dec. 11, 1936, to Phillip Richard and Nettie Omie Lee Mason. She was a retired inspector with the H.D. Lee plant.Mrs. Todd is survived by her husband, Ruben Todd, Boaz; daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and Patrick McGuire, Albertville, and Rhonda and Billy Watson, Boaz; stepchildren, Jeffrey Todd, Lori True and Lynne Todd; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brothers, Wayne Mason, Jacksonville, and Jerry Mason, Fort Payne; sister, Jo Ann Dobbins, Boaz; and caregiver, Judy Groover. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bobby Ray; and stepdaughter, Tracey Copus.Pallbearers will be nephews, with Matthew Todd, Jeffrey Todd, Dr. Schreeder and Dr. Clifton serving as honorary pallbearers.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Russell Hill Foundation for Cancer Research, 3601 CCI Drive, Huntsville, AL 35805.
