JOHNSON Bonnie Lee Johnson, 48, passed away suddenly Sunday, December 1, 2002. Born in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, she and her family moved to Jacksonville from Satellite Beach 3 years ago. Bonnie was a communications specialist in the U. S. Air Force and attained the rank of Sergeant. She was a devoted wife and mother, and attended Shepherd of the Woods Lutheran Church. Mrs. Johnson was devoted to her family and was very involved in her daughters lives - everything from Brownies to Band to ballet, she was there. She enjoyed Arts and Crafts in her free time. Survivors include her mother, Mrs. Nora Ver Huel, her husband of 28 years, James M. Johnson, and her daughters, Tamaro Eileen Johnson and Summer Antoinette Johnson. Pastor George Johnson will lead Funeral services at 2:00 PM Thursday, December 5th, at HARDAGE - GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 4115 Hendricks Ave., with burial to follow at Oaklawn Cemetery. SERVICES TODAY WERE POSTPONED. The family will receive friends from 12:00 - 2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home prior to the service.
