Obituary of Bonnie-L. Young


GILLIS, Bonnie L. (nee Young) October 27, 1949 December 24, 2004. Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. Loving wife of Russell with whom she celebrated 38 years of marriage. Loved mother of Steven and wife Lori of Pittsburg, Jason and wife Anne Marie, Corey and wife Karen. Cherished daughter of Ken and Rose Young. Precious Mimi of Connor, Jordan, Sierra, Bailey, Owen, Rylee and Brody. Dear sister of Barry and wife Denise Young, Lynn and husband Mike Pavletic, Sue and husband Rick Burns, Ken and wife Fran Young, Tim Young, Lori and husband Todd St. Aubin, Heidi and husband Pushpinder Singh Kalsi, Chris and wife Michelle Young. Several brother-in-law, sister-in-law on the Gillis family and several nieces and nephews also survive. Bonnie was a former salesperson at Dak's Flowers. If you so desire, donations to the Windsor Regional Cancer Centre or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family. On Tuesday, family and friends are invited to meet at St. Christopher's Church for Mass at 1:00 p.m. Families First Funeral Home & Chapel (969-5841) 2670 Dougall Ave. entrusted with arrangements.
