Bobby Carterof VestalBobby Carter, beloved husband, father and friend, went to be with the Lord Thursday, March 18, 2004, at his home in Vestal at the age of 57. He is survived by his wife, JoAnne Carter; step son, Ray Brady; step daughter, Beth Blansett; also a dear friend, Judy Ciotoli, who was like a daughter; two brothers, Chester and Danny Carter. Bobby loved to fish with his buddies, Gary and Walter, and also his friends at the Binghamton Post Office, where he retired from. He was a veteran of the US Army who had a zest for living.A memorial service will be held Monday, March 22, at 6 p.m. at Coleman & Daniels Funeral Home, 300 E. Main St., Endicott. Rev. Diane Prentice, pastor of Maine Federated Church, will officiate. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 5 p.m. until the service at 6.
